The Prairie Wheel team is a group of young, energetic experts, with more than 40 years of experience between them in building, repairing, and maintaining wheels. Growing up in Saskatchewan, each one saw first-hand the tough conditions and climate conditions that wheels in the prairie provinces had to endure, every single day – and that, combined with a lifelong passion for designing and building the parts that dozens of industries rely on, led to the creation of Prairie Wheel.

Our short lead times and agile approach mean that we can accommodate orders up to thousands of wheels at a time, each made according to your specific needs and requests. We distribute high-speed wheels for a variety of vehicles, and are able to service and repair custom and OEM wheels. We also powder coat all our MFG Wheels, which enhances the durability, finish, and longevity of each wheel.
The agricultural sector needs reliable, heavy-duty wheels that can last for long days out in the field, in all kinds of weather. Often, these wheels are large and difficult to replace or repair, and that’s where we come in. We distribute and manufacture wheels for all kinds of farm equipment, like tractors, combines, and sprayers – either matched to OEM specifications, or customized to accommodate specific requests. In addition, we offer wheel accessories for dual-wheel configurations (J-bolts, eye-nuts, and spacers), and a variety of other parts that may be needed for agricultural wheel applications.
Among the northern sections of the prairie provinces, forestry makes up a large part of the economy, and those workers rely on capable vehicles to get their jobs done. Those vehicles, in turn, rely on the wheels that carry them over rough terrain and wilderness. Our OTR wheels can be supplied or built to match OEM specifications, or changed to accommodate specific custom requests. We can also repair wheels or provide replacements for damaged or worn parts within the wheel structure.
Used on some of the largest vehicles in the most extreme environments in the country, the wheels for heavy-duty earthmovers and trucks must be built to exacting standards. We specialize in OTR wheels for mining, construction, and other industrial applications, including replacement wheels that are supplied or built to match OEM or custom specifications. In addition, we can also repair wheels or provide replacements for damaged or worn parts within the wheel structure.
Commercial fleets keep supply lines moving, 24/7, all over the continent – and you need wheels that can last thousands of miles without wearing out. Prairie Wheel is a distributor of steel and aluminum truck wheels, in sizes 19.5, 22.5, and 24.5 for a variety of applications. For older trucks with multi-piece wheels that can no longer be serviced safely, we stock tubeless replacement options as well. Ask about the selection of wheel nuts, demountable clamps, and some studs that we have available.
We distribute automotive and light truck steel and aluminum wheels, with aftermarket options also available. We are also distributors of trailer wheels, in all sizes from 8” to 17.5” in diameter, and can replace steel single and dual wheels for all trailers and RVs. In addition, we stock a variety of aftermarket wheel nuts, including chrome and black spline drive lug nuts and chrome acorn nuts for cars and trucks.
